The Easter Card Project - Take One
I never sent out birth announcements, so I was thinking of doing an Easter card. Round One of the photo shoot took place last night.
We start by setting up the shot with the more patient and well behaved of the subjects...
With props...
Grant’s ears fell off, and he decided that was a release for his "stay" command. When Grant got up and left, Harry decided he could go, too, and grabbed an egg for the road.
Egg was removed from Harry’s mouth, dogs were put back in position, and bunny ears replaced. Then, we add the final subject...
Sydney says, "No Mommy! I hate this!"
Dogs say, "So do we, kid. Get used to it!"
This one turned out much better...
Tonight I’ll try with a nicer outfit and some other prop ideas.
Huge thanks to Lance and Jalyce for letting us borrow the Bumbo seat. Despite the screaming picture, she seems to love it!

Sydney and her Cousin, Hayley
My SIL, Ann, placed the girls together and took some pics of them yesterday when I was at work.
In case all babies look the same to you, Sydney is the balder one in purple stripes. Her cousin, Hayley, is two months older.
